Miracle Launcher 9000
Privacy Policy
Effective: August 19, 2026
Last updated: August 30, 2026
This policy explains how Collet App Works (the “Developer”) handles information in Miracle Launcher 9000 (the “App”), an Android home launcher designed for the Unihertz Titan series.
1. Information processed on the device
Depending on the optional features enabled by the user, the App processes notification content, location-menu coordinates, app usage history, installed-app information, wallpapers, launcher preferences, timers, and audio profiles. Notification content is used for the launcher ticker and to open the original notification. Location is used to register and match GPS menus. Usage history is used to calculate optional app suggestions on the device. The Developer does not receive notification content, GPS-menu coordinates, app usage history, wallpapers, or launcher settings.
2. Information transmitted by optional network features
Weather
When Weather is enabled, the city entered by the user is sent to Open-Meteo's geocoding service. The resulting city coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo's forecast service. Device location collected for GPS menus is not sent to Open-Meteo.
RSS
When RSS is enabled, the App connects directly to user-entered HTTPS feed URLs. Feed operators may receive standard connection information such as IP address, request time, and user agent. The App does not retrieve HTTP feeds.
3. Third-party services
Open-Meteo for city lookup and weather forecasts.
RSS providers selected by the user for feed retrieval.
Information handled by those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Permissions and special access
The App may request notification, location, notification-policy, system-settings, exact-alarm, and usage access to provide the corresponding features. Access can be denied or revoked in Android settings. Features requiring denied access may not function.
5. Retention, deletion, and backups
Feature data and preferences remain on the device for as long as needed to provide the App. Users can remove them through App settings, Android's clear-storage control, or by uninstalling the App. A settings backup is created only when requested by the user and is written to a user-selected document provider. It is not uploaded to a Developer server.
6. Security
The App contains no advertising, Developer analytics, account system, or Developer-operated telemetry. Weather and RSS traffic use HTTPS.
7. Children's privacy
The App is not designed for children, and the Developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated when features, laws, or service requirements change. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App, and the last-updated date will be revised.
